Standard onboarding is 2–4 weeks: Week 1 — brand knowledge base setup and VOC collection configuration. Weeks 2–3 — content strategy and first sample batch. Week 4 — scaled production begins. You only need to provide product documentation, brand voice notes, and access to existing accounts. We handle the rest.
